Lisa McGrath is founder of LPM Enterprises, a multi perspective consulting firm, specializing in Condo Project Consulting Advocacy. LPM Enterprises HQ is in Airdrie, Alberta
Lisa commenced LPM Enterprises in 2019 as a form of advocacy for Condominium Board under Construction and Restoration along with Business restructuring for trades. She has become successful in spreading her efforts by way of advocating for condo corporations, and commercial Construction as an Owner’s Representative.
From 2008 to 2010 Lisa was a property manager and by the end of 2010, she had her first daughter and did not return to property management. Instead, she went to work in a company that was a mix of landscaping, construction, remediation, and janitorial, she commenced as light administration and took fast pace rise into safety, and management and worked her way all the way up to Chief Operating Officer, in 7 years.
At the end of 2018, Lisa went to work as the Operations Director for a restoration company. Lisa worked upwards of 75H/week and as a single parent felt that the amount of time and effort could be spent building her own company. She has over 8000 hours of boots on the ground in construction, safety, water remediation, and renovations.
Lisa’s educational background encompasses multiple trade tickets, certifications, and designations.
Lisa coaches, mentors, and advocates for people at all levels. She is on the ground supporting and organizing the trades and securing the best interest of LPM clients.
Well-versed on all that is transpiring on the site.
I have had the pleasure of working alongside Lisa McGrath with LPM Enterprises for the past year. In that time Lisa has overseen as a project manager a $1.5 million project for rebuilding of the property that I Manage. She also assisted in multiple water losses. Lisa has been a delight to work with, the ownership takes a well to her.
Lisa’s documentation reporting and keeping the board abreast of everything that is going on is invaluable. I look forward to continuing to work with Lisa in different projects as I can bring her on in multiple facets, as she takes the time and pride to ensure that all runs well and smoothly, not just for the boards and projects on site, but also in my company as well.
She’s well organized and has built multiple binders for the board and myself during the projects to keep them well versed on all that is transpiring on the site.
