Owner’s Representative/Project Advocate
Some of the specific services that an Owner’s Representative/Project Advocate can provide include:

They can also coordinate with the contractor to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, and ensure that there is no scope creep or issues with the project that were not anticipated.
5. Change order management:
An owner’s representative will help manage change orders and ensure that they are properly documented and approved. They can also help negotiate change orders to ensure that the owner is not overcharged.
6. Budget management:
An owner’s Representative is responsible for managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled, and resources are allocated efficiently.

Occupational Health and Safety
We can make sure you’re following the rules, review policies, create policies, help with terminations or written warnings, and train/support your HR staff.
Our job is to be a consultant and provide expert advice, not to do the job for you. We’ll set up policies and make sure you know the laws applicable to Alberta. An HR manual is a booklet that explains all the rules in a simple way.
LPM works within a certain scope around safety to ensure you are moving forward in the best way possible for all involved. Our scope includes:
- Ensure sites and working under a safety program and ensure site JHA’s are completed.
- Obtain all site-required tickets.
- Assist personnel on WCB claims, including investigations.
- Assist/Conduct regular safety meetings to address potential issues.
- Coach and mentor personnel on safety programs.
- Assist/Review audits and survey safety programs.
- Assist/Conduct spot checks and site investigations.
- Assist/ Serve as OH&S liaison.
