Owner’s Representative/Project Advocate

We create or review the contracts between the client and trade. 4. Construction oversight:

An owner’s representative will monitor the construction process to ensure that it meets quality standards and stays on schedule. They can also coordinate with the contractor to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, and ensure that there is no scope creep or issues with the project that were not anticipated.

5. Change order management:

An owner’s representative will help manage change orders and ensure that they are properly documented and approved. They can also help negotiate change orders to ensure that the owner is not overcharged.

6. Budget management:

An owner’s Representative is responsible for managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled, and resources are allocated efficiently.
